Trauma
You feel the impact of trauma on your life and are ready to start making sense of your experiences. You seek a therapist that can bring both clinical and personal experience to the healing process. Your past might include sexual assault, domestic violence, abuse, and/or traumatic loss.

Your days are dictated by your symptoms/capacity and you often feel at odds with your body. You know the anger, grief, and isolation of living in a world that does not support people living with chronic pain and illness. You wonder what “wellness” could possibly look like while contending with your condition(s).

Your mind is plagued with worry, your body is tense, and you feel overwhelmed with anxiety. You have a sense of what might be helpful to make changes in your life but you feel immobilized by depression. You long to feel clear, grounded, and capable.

You have experienced deep loss, whether it happened yesterday or years ago. You know that grief spills over into so many aspects of your life and you feel overwhelmed and/or lost. You need a safe space to show up exactly as you are in your grief without judgment or expectation.
