Individual Therapy

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are typically scheduled on a weekly basis at the same day and time. This space each week is held exclusively for you. If something precludes us from meeting for our scheduled session (illness, weather, travel, etc.), you have the convenient option of a video/teletherapy session.

Initial/Intake Session (50 mins.) $165.00

Ongoing Individual Session (50 mins.) $145.00

Consultation

I offer a brief phone consultation to discuss your needs and my offerings before scheduling an initial appointment. I find that these calls help us determine if we might be a good fit. There is no obligation associated with this consultation -- I want you to feel good about us working together.

Introductory Phone Consultation (15 mins.) $0 / Free

Forms of Payment Accepted

Payment is due at the time of session and I accept credit cards, cash, check, and HSA payments. I’m not currently contracted with any insurance companies. However, I can provide you with superbill (essentially a receipt of paid fees) if you'd like to seek potential reimbursement from your insurance company. You can call your insurance company and ask about out-of-network benefits, if you'd like to learn more about what they'd potentially reimburse.
